Ingredients
  

  • 1 pouch of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Apple Fruit Custard with Added Fibre
  • 1 peach
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 15 g pepitas
  • ½ cup quinoa flakes
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave safe container place quinoa flakes, cinnamon and milk. Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir through.
  • Microwave for a further 30 seconds.
  • Place into a bowl and add South Australian Gourmet Food Company Apple Fruit Custard with Added Fibre and top with sliced peach and blueberries.
