8pouches of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Strawberry Fruit Custard with Added Fibre
1cuppepitaspumpkin seeds
1/3cupalmonds
¼cup100% peanut butter
300gpitted fresh dates
¼cupcoconut flour
1tbscacao powder
2tbswhite chia seeds
1½cupsshredded coconut
Instructions
Place dates into a food processor and process until cut into pieces.
Leave the coconut to the side and add the remaining ingredients and 4 pouches of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Strawberry Fruit Custard with Added Fibre into the processor. Process until mixture is well combined.
Place mixture into a mixing bowl and make balls of mixture using a tablespoon.
On a tray lined with baking paper place each ball.
In a separate bowl add 4 pouches of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Strawberry Fruit Custard with Added Fibre and in another bowl the coconut.
Dip half of the ball into the South Australian Gourmet Food Company Strawberry Fruit Custard with Added Fibre and half into the coconut.
