Banana Fruit Custard with Added Fibre

honey

cinnamon

Instructions
Wash and peel the skin off the carrot.
Grate carrot into small pieces.
In a microwave safe container add the banana fruit custard, self-raising flour, crushed walnuts, carrot, and honey. Combine well.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle over cinnamon and enjoy
