Ingredients

pouch of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Banana Fruit Custard with Added Fibre

cup
cold milk
1
ripe banana
1
tbsp
pumpkin seeds
2
tbsp
sunflower seeds
1/4
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
Pour into a cup or thermos.
Enjoy!
