Chicken & Vegetable Mac & Cheese
Easy, fast and extra tasty take on everyone’s favourite Mac & Cheese. Baked until golden.
Ingredients
- 1 x 430g SAGFC Chunky Chicken & Vegetable Soup
- 300 g macaroni or your favourite pasta cooked 1 minute under the recommended cooking time on the pack
- 3 spring onions washed and finely sliced (optional)
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 cup grated extra tasty cheese
Instructions
- Preheat heat oven to190 degrees.
- In a large bowl add the soup, 1 cup of the cheese and stir together with the semi cooked pasta and 2/3 of the spring onion (if using).
- Check seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pile into an oven proof dish, top with a little more grated cheese, and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 mins or until hot and golden brown.
- Serve immediately, scatter with the remaining sliced spring onion for a quick affordable and easy meal.
Note: Any leftovers can be quickly reheated in a microwave.
