Ingredients
  

  • 1 pouch of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Banana Fruit Custard with Added Fibre
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 30 g 100% almond butter
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • ½ cup cold milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until they are a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Enjoy!
