Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chilled milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ apple

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
