Chicken & Vegetable Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 x 430g SAGFC Chunky Chicken & Vegetable Soup
  • 300 g macaroni or your favourite pasta cooked 1 minute under the recommended cooking time on the pack
  • 3 spring onions washed and finely sliced (optional)
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 cup grated extra tasty cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat heat oven to190 degrees.
  • In a large bowl add the soup, 1 cup of the cheese and stir together with the semi cooked pasta and 2/3 of the spring onion (if using).
  • Check seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pile into an oven proof dish, top with a little more grated cheese, and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 mins or until hot and golden brown.
  • Serve immediately, scatter with the remaining sliced spring onion for a quick affordable and easy meal.
  • Note: Any leftovers can be quickly reheated in a microwave.
