A smoothie would have to be the easiest way to enjoy fresh fruit and some vegetables. This smoothie recipe is school friendly as is nut-free. Full of protein and fibre for long-lasting energy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pouch of South Australian Gourmet Food Company Banana Fruit Custard with Added Fibre
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a cup or thermos.
  • Enjoy!
