A tasty Asian inspired rice dish, SAGFC Chunky Beef & Vegetable Soup is used as the base stock to flavour rice in an easy one pot meal with a chilli hit.
Place rice, soup, soy and chilli in a small oven proof dish.
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated for 10 mins or until the rice has started to absorb the liquid.
Remove from oven and stir in the veggies, spring onions and water. Cover and return to the oven.
Cook for another 10 mins or until the rice is tender (feel free to add a little extra water if the mix gets too dry).
Serve with a few chilli slices scattered on top, with sweet chilli sauce and soy.
This dish can also be made in a microwave to speed up the cooking time, follow the steps above, cover with cling film and use high power for 3 minutes, stir add the veggies, water and spring onion, cover and cook again till the rice is tender.
